Fish oil is widely used in animal industry
for enrichment of mixed fodders, fodder diets for pigs and birds,
and also in a compounding of a substitute of whole milk for calves
and lambs.
Fish oil is the major energy source and in
many parameters surpasses sunflower, cotton, soybean, corn, and
peanut oils.
Fish oil contain tryolein, trypalmintin and
trystearin. Presence in fats of limiting fat acids changes from
14 up to 16 %, olein acids - about 30 %. Fats contain the cholesterol,
two bases (azellin and morruin), morruin - aromatic oil at which
there is a phosphorus, iodine and bromine. For fish oils typically
presence clapunod acids with five double connections. Advantage
of fish oil that it is cheaper on 40 %, than all existing vegetable
oils and fats.
